Are you frustrated, working too much and not seeing the results you want in business. Are you waiting for the day when you can look at your business and feel truly satisfied that it can run smoothly, efficiently and profitably?
Are you done with taking one step forward and two steps back as soon as you get busy and the pressure heats up? Feel like you are being pulled in a million directions?
You know your business could be so much more but you are struggling to keep up and spending too much time in non productive parts of your business, it’s just not working out.
Are you ready to get your systems in place and have your business running on steroids - without the where-do-I-start confusion and overwhelming tech options?
Get Systemised is designed for forward thinking business owners who want change and are committed to the process and ready to implement the strategies for growth and scalability.
There is a lot of information out there for growth strategies but nothing as powerful as a program that holds your hand through the process and has everything you need.
Here’s the bad news. Systemising a business is not a project, it doesn't have a completion date. Systemising is a process that is constantly running, it’s called Continuous Improvement.
The good news is that successfully systemising your business isn’t particularly complicated. But there are many considerations and potential pitfalls along the way.
What systems should I put in place first? How do I introduce the systems culture into my business? Where should I put all my systems and processes? What do I include in my Operations Manual? What tech do I need? How do I get my people to use the systems?
These are just some of the many questions you will no doubt have around systemisation.
Most business owners approach systemisation as just another thing they will get to one day. But the thing is, systemising your business is not just another thing on your To-Do list, it's a very powerful process that when done right, can transform your business and your life.
Get Systemised is the vehicle to get you to where you want and need to be in business.
With all good intents and purposes, you may have given systems a go in the past. But if you didn’t plan, set goals or achieve what you set out to do, most likely it was because you had no one to answer to.
The missing piece is often that accountability to someone else. If you know someone is out there looking out for you and wanting to see you achieve, you are more likely to make that effort and find that motivation that will lead to success.
Get Systemised supports you every step of the way and is that tough love when it calls. You’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it. And, if you feel stuck or overwhelmed at any stage, all you need to do is reach out to get the help you need.
It’s a shame, I see it a lot. Hard work, time, effort and money have all gone to waste. There is a right way and wrong way to approach systemising a business. Many business owners will skip the foundation stages looking to get some quick wins.
One of the goals of systemisation is to build a sustainable business and long-term asset. Like building a house, you wouldn’t try to put the walls up without putting down the concrete flooring first. After the flooring, you would put all your effort into building the infrastructure room by room until you get to the point where you can sit down in your new home and enjoy the view.
Systemisation needs to be built on a solid foundation.
Part of the foundation is including your team in the systemisation process to achieve the best possible user adoption. Get Systemised takes you through the strategies to ensure that your systems become ingrained in your culture, not set and forget.
Anything worth building required a solid foundation and to stand the test of time, it needs to be maintained, otherwise, it will crumble. I 'll show you what it takes to build a systems-centric business, no fussing around, straight to the point.
There is no denying systemising a business is a lot of work. You don't need to do everything yourself when it comes to systems documentation, I'll teach you ways to get stuff done quickly and effectively so you can realise your return on time and investment sooner.
You know you need systems but you're worried about how much time it will take, after-all, you have a business to run. The great thing about online courses is that you can learn anywhere at any time. If you want to fast track, you can sprint through in 90 days.
However, If you prefer a bit more time to implement, that's not a problem. When you hit certain milestones in the program, I'm here to check in with you and help you along, no group sessions at times that aren't convenient.
Our training walks you through the tools and strategies that are will keep your business organised and efficient.
There are hundreds of tech tools and ways to use them, it's totally overwhelming. There is no point in learning and paying for tools you don't use. If you need a new tech wardrobe, I'll introduce you to some amazing applications and even help you get set up fast.
You’re busy, I get that. If you are waiting for the perfect time with all your ducks in a row, then you’re missing out on the transformation you could be creating right now. And, I’m sorry to tell you that you’ll be waiting a long long time because the perfect time rarely eventuates.
Dithering around changes nothing except dragging you deeper into despair making it harder to get out of your situation the longer you leave it.
Get a head start on your competition, once they see what an advantage you have in the marketplace, they want what you have.
Do your team a favour and give them the resources they need to do the best job they can for you, empower them before they leave and go to a better place to work.
CHANGE takes ACTION.
So if any of the above resonates, than I'd like to welcome you to Get Systemised and help you to not only complete the program but create that change in your business for good.
You might think you have no systems but actually, you do. They may not be the best but I’m assuming they have got you to where you are. By going through the program you'll get a clear picture of what you need to do to improve those existing systems, whether you need to totally replace them and what new systems you need to grow.
Not an easy question to answer because it depends. Systemisation is a process, not a project, there will always be things in your business that need maintaining and improving, that’s just the way business evolves.
There will, however, get to a point where you can breathe, things start to get easier in your business and you can see a clearer path to growth. To reach this point depends on many factors including the size of the business, the type of business and the amount of time and resources you can comfortably allocate to the process.
If you spend some time on Google, I’m sure you will find some valuable resources on the topic of business systemisation. What you won’t find is everything you need to systemise in one place and a step by step process to lead you through what is for most people a very overwhelming but extremely important process that needs to happen in their business.
Get Systemised gives you 4 opportunities to get on a call with me and get your questions answered and guidance so you can get through the program without hiccups. You get a whole hour of training on any specific topic in the program that you would like more help with, totally customised.
And there’s more - after you have documented your first process, we look at it and provide feedback so you know if you are on the right track or not. Want to see how we document processes? No problem we have that covered too. We’ll documents up to 2 processes for you (conditions apply).
What is the difference between Systems Done for You and Get Systemised?
Systems Done for You is one-to-one consulting, training and includes the documentation of your processes. It’s been designed for the busy business owner who wants to systemise their business but doesn’t have the time, resources or knowledge to do it themselves.
Get Systemised is a self-paced program delivered through video training, worksheets, templates and checklist etc. With Get Systemised, you get the same great content and training as Systems Done for You, however, it requires you to do more but with help in the form of feedback, advice and check-in calls. With both programs, you get access to our ever growing library of process templates, sample processes, tech guides, scripts and much more.
If you are not sure which program is best for you, contact me and I’ll help you with the options.
How many hours will I need to invest every week?
Get Systemised is self-paced. Once you enrol, you’ll have access to the first 3 modules. Next, you’ll have a check in one-to-one to get support and feedback on what you have learnt and implement to date. Some modules require a higher investment of time than others. However, at a minimum, you should plan to invest 3 - 6 hours per week into systemising your business. A small time investment considering you’re building an asset and improving your business and life.
What if I don’t have time to systemise my business?
When will you have time? Basically, the busier you are, the MORE you need a scalable and systemised business.
You probably have a million things on your plate, that’s why I’ve built a program to save you time rather than trying to figure it all out by yourself. Get Systemised focuses on implementation. You just need to block off time in your weekly schedule to follow the step by step process.
If you still think that won’t be able to find the time, consider our Systems Done for You program where we take away as much of the heavy lifting as possible. Contact us to discuss if this would be suitable for you.
